We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers. Your uploaded audio or video files are processed solely to generate accurate text transcripts. Here is how we handle your recordings: Processing: Recordings are transmitted to our transcription provider (AssemblyAI) to generate your transcript. The processing is performed to fulfill your specific request. Storage: Your recordings and generated transcripts are stored in our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) so you can access them later. Retention: We retain your uploaded recordings and transcripts for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete them within 30 days. No Training Without Consent: We do not use your uploaded audio or transcripts to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances: Service Providers: We share data with third-party providers who help us operate our service, including: - AssemblyAI (audio transcription) - Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and content delivery) - Dodo (payment processing) - Turso/libSQL (database hosting) These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes we specify.
