This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and guidelines for using Voza Transcribe. This policy exists to protect our users, our service, and the integrity of the transcription experience. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

When uploading recordings to the Service, you must adhere to the following: Consent: You must have the legal right to record and transcribe the content you upload. Transcribing recordings made without the speakers' knowledge or consent is prohibited where such consent is required by law. Age Requirement: Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 16, and you must not upload recordings that violate this policy. Content Standards: Uploaded recordings must be appropriate and must not contain: - Illegal activity or content - Harassment, threats, or defamatory material - Content that infringes on intellectual property rights Recording Quality: For best results, upload clear audio with minimal background noise. Recordings with heavy distortion or extremely low quality may produce poor transcripts. AI-Generated Content: Using the Service to transcribe content for unlawful purposes, or to generate transcripts used to harass, defame, or harm others, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. AI Content Disclosure: Transcripts generated through the Service are created using artificial intelligence (AI). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that transcripts are AI-produced and may contain errors. We clearly indicate that results are AI-generated wherever they are displayed.

You are expected to use the Service responsibly: - Do not share your account credentials with others - Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans - Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, or intimidate others - Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the allowance system - Do not engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service for others

You must not: - Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to access the Service - Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models - Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or networks - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data - Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code - Scrape, index, or cache content from the Service for any purpose

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use is prohibited unless you have obtained explicit written permission from Voza Transcribe. Prohibited commercial uses include but are not limited to: - Using generated transcripts for commercial advertising or marketing - Reselling access to the Service or generated transcripts - Using the Service to provide a competing version of the Service - Incorporating generated transcripts into products for sale

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at: Email: support@mp3totranscript.app We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We may not be able to disclose the outcome of our investigation due to privacy constraints.

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to AUP violations, including: - Issuing a warning - Temporarily suspending your account - Permanently terminating your account - Removing violating content - Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement - Pursuing legal remedies The severity of the response will be proportional to the nature and severity of the violation. We will generally provide notice before taking action, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
